I've been hunting for a durable winter snow jacket for Petuno. He loves it when I dress him up to keep him warm. Hello. About 6 months ago we purchase a beautiful girl min pin. She was so wonderful that last week we got her a boyfriend. Now our female is in heat and we don't want to breed her (yet). Is there a certain age that a boy has to be before he can perform? Help!!!

I have a 5 month old female minpin. My neices come over 2 to three times per week and she is always happy to see them. Except today she tried to attack my 4 year old neice twice. She growled at her and tried to bite her in the face. She got only her hair thank god. I don't understand why all of sudden she is doing this. She wasn't trying to pet her or anything. All she did was come and sit on the couch and the dog lunged for her. Someone help.

Looking for a good home my bassett. When I got this dog(Furbie) I did not realize that she would be so big or active. She is about 14 months old and conformationally perfect. She is intact, so only reputable breeders only. Furbie is a beautiful tri-colored. I already have 2 nuetered males one is a year old and the other is 8. My ideal trade would be a female chocolate, red or blue min pin at least 6 months, no older than 4 years. Also at least ten pounds when full grown. you must be very sure of the vet who clips the ears, sometimes it can cause damage to your puppy, and not look right either.

WHich is a better family dog-a miniature pinscher or a doberman pinscher. I am going for the dobie because i've heard if you train them right they are a great protector for a family....any responses would be nice...:o)

can anyone give me information on learning how to crop ears and tails myself. Do I have to get a vet degree or is there just some classes I can take. I know some breeders crop thereselves. thanks

there is a breeder in missouri who does NOT care for their dogs or their clients who line their pockets with money as my friend purchased 2 breeders from them and was taken for a ride! the first dog was way to small to breed and the other had a litter only 3 weeks after my friend purchased them! they were SUPPOSED to of NOT EVER been bred?? now the bitch that whelped KILLED ALL HER PUPPIES! if you want to know more e mail me at dobeluv@hotmail.com i will gladly tell you what happend and what these so called breeders are doing now and e mail you their responses.

Hello We recently added an adult MinPin to our home. he is a wonderful little dog, very happy and willing to please.(His previous owners did not teach him any obedience except sitting) He just has a couple things he needs to learn. What is a good way to teach him to respond and come when he is called? ( even if he does not want to)

I took her to the vet before & he suspected it was the pollen on te grass or just the pollen outside. He gaveher a cortizone shots before & it clear it right up.But I do not want her a shot everytime. So I use Head & shoulders Shampoo for the itching & a spray to clear up the areas. keeping her off the grass is a job. But it has improved a lot. I am still working on it. The grass I suspect is the problem. Thanks for letting me vet.

Cha-Cha my female minpin has allergies very badly. It is breaking out under her front leg, also around front groin area & her back foot. She scratches so bad that she is raw in these areas. What can I do to help. I am giving her Benadryl. Help!!!

Im looking for someone who is well trained to clip ears in Maryland. I live in Bowie. The breeder I got my puppy from has someone in North Carolina but I would prefer someone closer. At what age should they have their ears done. Ive heard some conflicting information. Thank for any information you may have.

no i am not and will not sell my pups on a message board, that is against the rules of breedersweb.com besides most of my pups have been sold for 6 months now especially the chocolates. i dont need to post them for sale as im not desperate for a sale. i just want to know if 8 in a litter is common or uncommon? can anyone answer this question, id like more than one opinon. i am a breeder and have been breeding for a while but NEVER had a litter this HUGE!

IF SOMEONE COULD PLEASE HELP ME I JUST BOUGHT A MINIPIN FROM AN INDIVIDUAL YESTURDAY. I GOT HIM HOME IT WAS ABOUT AND HOUR RIDE HE DID THROW UP IN MY VAN ON THE WAY HOME. WE GOT HOME HE WAS FINE. ALL NIGHT HE HAD THE DIAREA BAD IT ALMOST LOOKED LIKE HE HAD SOME BLOOD IN IT. I CALLED THE VET AND THEY SAID GIVE HIM ANOTHER DAY AND THEN BRING HIM IN. I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF MINIPINS HAVE A DEPRESION PROBLEM HE IS 7 MONTHS OLD. I JUST AM HOPEING THAT IS THE CASE AND HE ISNT REALLY SICK! THANK YOU

i have two mini pins i just got one 4mos.,6mos. i want to train them on secondnature from purina has this worked for anyone yet?, or should i just use the good old newspaper?,

When you are going to look at a litter of pups how do you know which pup is for you? My friend just had a litter of pups 4 weeks ago First time ever and the last , well we have been wanting a pup and we are going to get one of hers but we dont know how to go about picking a pup for us. We have two children. Do we let the pup pick us? We are going to have pup fixed as soon as it can be done. My friend did not want to have pups but things happened and she has them , there are only 3 pups to choose from. ( 2females and 1 male) Thanks for your help in choosing!
