Finally- a sane person.

First- ask your vet, your local kennel club, local dog training club, etc. if they know of anyone with a GSMD. Try to make arrangements to visit.

Or go to the national, or one of the regional club websites, and look for a breeder in your area. Try to make arrangements to visit. From there, youll know if its what you want and things will start to fall into place.
