Ok now if she gets a "no-no" don't tell her to come and then punishment. Tell her to come and then try to get the thing out of her mouth. Work on "let me have it" or "give it" or "out". When she does let go tell her good girl and give her treat. Then once she starts to give it up when you call her over give her more treats. She will soon learn that she needs to give it up when she is told. And if she goes back and takes it again, take a spray bottle and give her a tiny spritz and tell her no, with a stern voice.
Now for jumping try taking a pie pan and a platic spoon and bang them together when she jumps up. You could also take the spray bottle and spritz her a little bit. Once she gets down tell her good girl and give her a treat. She should get it into her head eventually that she should not jump and she would get more attention when she is calmer.
Also to help with jumping when some one new comes in try staying in a room with her while she is sitting. Have some one come into the room and aproach her. Tell her to sit and if she jumps up band the spoon on the hand or spritz her. Then once she is down, have her to sit. She sould learn that when a new person comes in she should sit by the person and then wait to be petted.
Now for biting, ince again, sit with her in a room with another person on a couch or chair. When you are playing with her and she starts biting, have the other person spritz her and you tell her no bite. After a while she should learn that if she doesn't stop biting after hearing no bite she will be spritz.
The ways that she is disiplined will not hurt her. But they should startle her enough to make her stop.
I hope that I was of some help! |
