Barking and growling

We just got two puppies near Christmas and they are about ten weeks. One growls a lot though. When you go and move her she will growl and bite at you. The other one had been doing that but she eventually stopped. But she will bark all the time. She barks at the other one and it talks a while to get her to stop. If anyone knows how to get them to stop or do it less please help.
