Behaving differently

My 10 year old white GSD has been lethargic and vomited twice and now has diahhrea. She was put on KD even though her labs are normal. She seems tired and stares off into space as if she is lost. She is also on Cephalexin for over 6 years for Onchyodystrophy, a toe nail disease.
