Hi everyone, I am posting on behalf of a friend of mine who doesnet have internet service and I have some questions from her regarding French Bulldogs. She saw one the other day and just fell in love with it!! She isnt looking to buy a pup anytime soon, she is just interested in knowing more about the breed. Here are some of the questions. Are thier ears naturally that pointed or do the have to be cropped to be like that. Are the tails docked or is that natural as well. What kind of health related issues are they more prone to than other breeds. What is a respectiable price for a pup from a breeder that runs health test on parents and so on, an ethical breeder not a BYB. What is thier average life span. She is currenntly owned by 2 wonderful boxers, if she were to add another pup to the family, would those 2 breeds get along and what sex would be best to buy, she has 2 males now. I think that is all the questions she had, if I think of more I will be sure to come and ask. Thank you all in advance.

Hi, my family and I have been looking for a french bull dog to give a loving home too. We live in San Francisco and our garden gives onto a dog park. We have always had dogs of different breeds (golden retrievers, st. bernards, springer spaniels, dobermans) but we have never had a little frenchie. They seem like wonderful companions, full of energy and personality. We miss the company that a four legged companion can give. We are hoping to find a breeder in the state of California but we are willing to look further if that is necessary. We have never gone through a breeder before and are not picky.
