Help with my new Mal

Our family just adopted an Alaskan Malamute that was rescued from a "Breeding Kennel". She is a wonderful, smart, and very well behave dog. However, we have 3 small dogs and are having some trouble introducing them to one another. The three small dogs are male (all have been altered) We have been keeping them seperated and kind of holding one of the smaller dogs and taking it around her to let them see each other. They are not getting along well at all. The growl at one another. Does anyone have any advice on what I might be able to do to get them all used to one another. We have only had "Kivi" for 2 days now and I know it will take some time but I'm in hopes that someone can give me an idea of what might help things along a little.

What I would do is take all your dogs (your current dogs and the malamute in separate cars if possible) to a neutral place (Is there a park near you with a dog run??) and let them "meet" there. Dogs are less threatened in a neutral place outside the home. The dogs that you already have probably feel threatened by this big new dog and the malamute is probably trying to make his place in the home as "alpha dog". I'm certainly no expert, but a neutral area would probably be best. Good luck!!
