Parvo Survivor

I am currently a "foster" parent of dobie puppy. Her recent bought with parvo has left her extremely thin and almost skeleton like. I have tried almost everything to improve her appetite. Are there any suggestions as to what I could do to fatten this puppy up?

may not be any help now but... when my male was shipped he had parvo.. when I got him back from vet he was so thin you could see him digesting his food.. Dr. told us to start light by feeding him the egg yolk.. cooked of course.. Dr. said it was the quickest sorce of protien for him.. Today 29inches tall 109pounds....
