looking for past breeder - PA

I am a friend of a person looking for the breeder that he obtained a dachaund from about 10 years ago by the name of Karla Martin in Western PA. HIs name is Bob Woodside and he was from New Jersey at the time. The dogs name was Oscar Percy Woodside.
