i have seen the name in the papers.you should call the better buisness bureau..ask them if they have had any complaints.if they have had more than the usual few.ask to put it on file that you have a complaint.. then you know you need to take more action..did the breeder tell you the puppy had to be fixed?and how much did you pay for your puppy??
