In regards to the post here for "Rescue in Long Island, NY".....please be careful. there has been someone working under the guise of
"rescue" who is actually involved with a dog fighting ring. Please do not be so desperate to give your dog up that you
dont do your homework about the facility and the people who will be taking it. Not all "Rescues" are created equal.
Even spayed/neutered and non-aggressive dogs can be utilized for "bait dogs" by these sick people. go to www.akitarescue.org
and check out some "reputable" websites and people doing rescue for this breed. Thanks! |
