older airedale wanted

My mom recently died. She and my dad had been married for 57 years. He has always wanted an airedale but couldnt handle a very young one. Im looking for a healthy 3-4-5-6 year old. ANyone out there looking for a good home for a dog they cannot keep any longer? e mail = janeunion@aol.com

I can put you in contact with Airedale Rescue in your area, if I know where you are at. They frequently have several older Airedales, some of whom are very sweet (some arent, but...). A nice sweet older girl or laid back boy may fit your dad perfectly.
