Is this a Canaan

We recently got a rescue puppy and were told it was a husky/cattle dog mix. After seeing several pictures of Canaan dogs, I am wondering if he is one, at least in part. His color isnt the same but the markings and shape of head and ears look dead on. I would like to send a picture of him to show someone but dont know where. any ideas thanks Ron

I am currently looking for a Canaan puppy, preferably a rescue but I am open to purchase. I live in Reno, NV and would like to find one relatively closeby. I do not mind driving a few hours to find the perfect pup. Any information would be appreciated greatly. Thank You, -Mike
