HELP: Dog smells like fish

I have a friend that has a Carian Terrier that is 1.5 years old. This dog smells like fish. When you touch the dog it leaves an odor on your hands. What can they do to get rid of the odor. A bath does not help. Thanks

Good bet that they are plugged. If not experienced clearing them see a vet, it can get very messy and smelly!
