my sister has a fairly young SBT that she took in stray who as far as we know is working on her 2nd litter of puppies. the 1st litter was never seen because she had them somewhere alone & left them. Could this mean that there was something wrong with the puppies or that she doesn't know how to care for them? Any helpful info or advise would be greatly appreciated.
