HELP

I have a rescue JRT. The owner was going to have him put to sleep because he is so hyper. I admit that I understand her frustration!!! He is nicknamed son of satan. I will not give up on him but could use some good advise on what works with JRT's as I am really only used to working with Dobes but couldn't let him be put down for something that is really the original owners fault for never putting down any rules. Your helpd would be greatly appreciated.
