Am trying to reach a lady named Janet Wood who sold a puppy to Jeremy Victory on the date mentioned above. I bought the puppy from Mr. Victory around Christmas of 2002 and he did not sign the puppy over to me. Have tried to no avail to find said person. And as a result, I cannot get my baby registered!
