I adopted a Brussels Griffon 1 1/2 years ago. Hes very cheeky at home but overly timid outdoors -- he avoids other dogs to the point where if one is coming he tries to run home. I have tried all sorts of techniques from bribes to attempts at desensitization...thus far to no avail. I live in a big city where dogs are abundant. Any suggestions?
