my bichone had the same thing. Wet to the vet received steroid and allergy shots. Took him off ceasar. Try This: Liquid Kyolic. its a aged garlic liquid which is great for fungal and viral infections. Often Bichons get fungal infections from food allergies etc. IT worked wonders for my Bichon. you can give him just a tea spoon for two days an also rubb some on the area he\'s bitting. It will kill the fungi. They can get it from the grass, outdorr surroundings, flea bites etc. But it does work
