Housebreaking my yorkie

I've had my yorkie puppy for 3 weeks now, and hes 13 weeks old but i can't seem to train him on his pad.we're trying to use one of those pee pee pads and it was working great but all of a sudden this week my yorkie stopped using them. he refuses to go on them. everytime we put himon there to go to the bathroom he just walks off and goes somewhere else. does anyone have this same problem or know of anything i could do to stop this problem and get him to go on the pad? Please help!

Be patient, Yorkies love the outdoors. I am a breeder. I just aquired 2 females for breeding, they are going on peepee pads, sometimes only when they want. We brought them out,now they cry to go outdoors. Good luck.Kathy Just US Yorkies
