male teacup yorkie 4 breeding

my male teacup yorkie is an AKC champion line gold and silver coat. 4 1/2 LBS. 1 year and 4 months old. He is very energetic, gets along with every dog and is loveable. He has never been bread before and want to only breed him once before we neuter him. We are located in Beverly Hills California.
