What are you feeding your dog? Many Westies can be allergic to corn and corn b-products. Have you tried an omega 3/mega 6 supplement? These are fatty acids that help repair and rebuild the skin and coat. They also help with allergies and itchy skin? Has the vet done a full blood work on your dog? They will be able to determine if there is an allergen by her white blood cell levels.
