BASENJIS PUPPIES

I AM INTERESTED IN FINDING A BASENJI PUPPY LESS THAN 6 MONTHS OLD PREFERABLY MALE RED and WHITE I LIVE IN VANC. WA. AND HAVE DONE ALL MY HOMEWORK ON BASENJIS AND AM SURE THATS WHAT IM LOOKING FOR IN A COMPANION DOG WANT YOUNG SO IT WILL GET ALONG WITH 2 GOLDEN RETREIVERS AND 1 MANY TOED VERY MELLOW CAT PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU CAN HELP THANKYOU

Be sure you know what you are doing before you get a Basenji to go along with other dogs. I had 3 of them at different times in my life and I love them dearly.

But they do not go well with other dogs especially big dogs. I had a German Shepherd that was a very gentle dog and put up with a lot from the basenji. They

would growl at her and bite her in the neck and hang on. Now she died and I have a Jack Russell that was also with them. Now that the German Shepherd is

dead he tends to growl at the Jack Russell. He is a great dog with people but dont put up with anything from the other dogs. If you ever seen them fight they

dont give up. Good luck if you still want to try it but they are really a different kind of dog. I would never have two dogs again together with a basenji.

I would though have a Basenji by himself, they are great dogs that way IF you have a fenced in yard.
