Aggressive Vizsla

Hi we have a 1 year old, fixed, male vizsla. This is our second vizsla and a WORLD of difference from our first. Our problem is his aggressive behavior towards toddlers. He will growl, bark and charge them. He has never been alone with a small child where abuse could take place and he has been socialized with dogs and people of all ages since the beginning. Help. We are definitely in for the long haul and we need to fix this behavior. He has been to puppy classes as well as off leash classes with us.
