I to have an SS who is 15 months old, and he uses his teeth to gain dominance. He doesnt really bite just kind of lets you know that he has the power. We also tried the no bite routine and holding his nose however he still tries to test us. He is OK with me because he knows he will get a slap on the nose if he tries to use his teeth on me, however if my husband is rough housing, he will feel his teeth on his skin so you really need to keep after him.
