Is he neutered? If not he may be marking his territory. Neutering may or may not help, but unless you intend to breed him then you should have it done anyways.
But for now, you are going to have to treat him like an 8 week old puppy (a pain in the ass, I know!). Never let him out of your site in the house. Put him on a leash and attach it to you so that he will always be within 6 feet of you. This way youll notice the warning signs that he has to go (circling, sniffing the ground). If he does have an accident, dont correct him for going in the house (it doesnt help), just quickly take him outside and praise him like crazy when he goes there.
When he cant be attached to you on a leash, crate him.
Remember to always let him out 10 minutes after eating a meal, right after he wakes up (in the morning and after naps), right before he goes to bed at night, and after long play sessions.
