my poodle has black spots?

if there is any one that can answer this.. i want to know why my chocolate poodle has 4 black spots on her hind legs i just started to see them not to long ago. If any one knows what it is or might have a dog who has it tell me plz.

When your chocolet poodle was born it was black and every time it has an injury and needs to grow new hair it will be black and then turn.

well my dog was born brown and it has no injurys.
