I believe in breeding for the best temperaments and sound bodied dogs. I Love the German Shepherd breed for their loyalty and loving personalities. I also believe very strongly that no one should breed any large breed dog without having their hips O.F.A. and buyers beware of the backyard breeders that will try to convince you their dogs are fine. If they dont have an O.F.A. cert. they can not guarantee that their dog dont have hip dysplasia. Dont set your self up for a broken heart. and remember ... when you are looking for another addition to your family , that is not the time to bargain shop. In many things you get what you pay for and buying a pet is one of them. Go only to a good breeder. Stay away from puppy mills and pet stores. I have been breeding German Shepherds for over 25 years. I am a dog trainer and I`m a certified animal care specialist. With dealing with dogs for most of my life I have met so many people that have had there hearts broke buying from the wrong place.
